What ages are these sewing parties designed for?
Our birthday sewing parties are designed for children ages 6–12. Projects, tools, and teaching style are tailored to each age group to ensure a fun, safe, and successful experience for every child.
Do children need prior sewing experience?
Not at all. No sewing experience is required. We start with simple techniques and guide each child step-by-step. Beginners are always welcome.
How many children can attend a party?
Each package includes a set number of children:
Little Stitchers Party: up to 6 children
Creative Makers Party: up to 8 children
Junior Designer Experience: up to 10 children
Additional children can be added for an extra fee, depending on space and staffing.
What will the children make during the party?
Each child completes one age-appropriate sewing project and takes it home the same day. Project options vary by package and may include pouches, tote bags, pillows, accessories, or simple garment customization.
Are sewing machines safe for children?
Yes. We use child-friendly sewing machines and introduce them with a clear safety briefing. Younger children may begin with hand-sewing or guided machine sewing, and all machine use is closely supervised.
Is adult supervision required?
Yes. For parties with more than 8 children, we require at least one adult helper on-site in addition to the instructor. Parents are welcome to stay and observe at any time.

What do parents need to provide?
We provide all sewing materials, tools, and instruction. Parents are responsible for:

Any additional decorations or themed items
Can the party be themed?
Yes! We’re happy to incorporate themes such as animals, sports, unicorns, space, or favorite colors. Themed fabric and design elements are available as an add-on.
What should children wear?
Comfortable clothing is best. Closed-toe shoes are required. Aprons are provided to protect clothing during the sewing activities.
How far in advance should we book?
We recommend booking at least 3–4 weeks in advance, especially for weekends and holiday dates.
What is your cancellation policy?
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date.
Cancellations made at least 7 days in advance may be rescheduled once, subject to availability.
Cancellations within 7 days are non-refundable.
Are materials included in the price?
Yes. All materials, tools, and supplies are included in the package price unless otherwise noted for premium add-ons.
Will children finish their projects during the party?
Yes. Projects are carefully selected so each child can complete their item during the party and leave with something they’re proud of.
